How long does it take to receive my order?
Order turnaround starts as soon as your order status displays as Payment Received. Depending on type of shipping you purchased, and the product you chose, it can range anywhere from 10 to 30 Days. ID Creation typically takes 1 week.
Start with the issuing jurisdiction
Identify whether the document belongs to Canada or the United States, then choose the province or state shown on it. The regional selection matters because document layouts and available catalog records are organized by jurisdiction. Do not choose a product only because its image looks generally similar. If the jurisdiction is not represented by a current active record, the catalog may not contain a suitable match.
Match the document type
Within the chosen jurisdiction, compare the document type named on the live product record with the type your authorized team reviews. A driver’s licence, health card or combination offering can have a different purpose and scope. Read the public name, short description and complete product details rather than relying on the card image, badge or price alone. Related products are suggestions, not automatic substitutes.
Review the current product record
Confirm that the record is active and available, check its current price and read any compatibility or ordering information the owner has published. Product details can be updated, so use the live page immediately before ordering. A saved link should resolve to the same product slug, but copied text or screenshots may no longer reflect the current catalog. Checkout performs another server-side review of order values.
