Question and answer

If I order from your site is my information kept private?

Yes, your info is safe with us. We use SSL encryption on our order form to protect your data while it's being submitted. We use private offshore web hosting so that NOBODY can access your information except for us. All of your information is permanently deleted after you receive your ID. We have to keep it temporarily just in case there is a problem with your order.

Checkout requests information for a defined purpose

The order flow asks for the account, contact, shipping and order details needed to support and fulfil the selected purchase. Fields should be read in their current context because the exact schema can change through approved administration. Provide accurate information that belongs to the order, but do not use general text fields to disclose unrelated personal, payment or identification details.

Order and account details stay connected

Depending on the chosen account path, checkout may create or use a customer session so the order can be associated with the correct private status experience. Product selections, quantities, current totals, shipping choice and the generated order number become part of the order record. Keep the order number for support rather than asking staff to locate a record from a name alone.

Payment credentials are outside the checkout form

Western Identity’s checkout page does not collect card numbers in its own order form. Exact payment instructions are presented only after the order is confirmed through the available handoff. Never enter card data, passwords, banking credentials or wallet recovery phrases into contact, shipping, intake or support fields. Stop and contact the official support route if any instruction asks for information outside the expected boundary.

Review the published privacy information

The Privacy page explains the current public handling context and should be reviewed for details about collection, use and support. Complete only fields relevant to the order and verify the summary before confirmation. If a question involves access, correction, retention or an accidental disclosure, use the designated contact channel with the order number where relevant and avoid repeating the sensitive value in an unsecured message.
