Do your ID's have the correct holograms?
Yes! All of our ID's the have correct holograms on them and look identical to its authentic counterpart. Our products are as close to 1:1 as it gets!
Available choices appear in the active checkout
The checkout flow displays the shipping methods currently configured for the order, including each visible label, price and delivery-window wording. The active checkout is the source to review before confirmation because available choices and their terms can change. An older screenshot, copied list or previous order should not be treated as a standing offer.
Review cost and timing before confirming
A shipping label is not enough by itself. Read the amount and the displayed delivery estimate attached to the selected method, then review the complete summary with product prices and discounts. Delivery wording is an estimate within the current flow, not a guarantee that external carriers or conditions cannot affect timing. If no suitable choice appears, stop before confirmation and use the current support channel.
Provide accurate fulfilment information
Enter the shipping details requested by checkout carefully and review them before the order is reserved. An incomplete or inaccurate address can prevent a successful handoff even when a shipping method was selected. Use only the recipient and delivery information required for the order. Do not place payment credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information into general address, note or support fields.
Follow the confirmed order status
After confirmation, keep the generated order number and use the private order-status path provided for that order. Current customer-facing updates should come from the order flow rather than assumptions based on the method name. If support is needed, provide the order number so the correct record can be located without relying on a name or repeating unnecessary personal details. Published shipping policies remain the source for broader terms.
